CHILDREN

CHILDREN'S MINISTRY

The mission of the Children's Department is to "...love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another. By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another." (John 13:34-35). Our goal is to teach children that a united church family, a joyful Christian, and prayer can accomplish ALL things through Christ Jesus (Phillipians 4:). Our purpose is to glory God by telling children from the earliest age about Jesus, teaching them the truths of God's work bringing them to THE knowledge of salvation. (Proverbs 22:6) [Train up a child in the way he should go, and when He is old he will not depart from it.]

The Children's Department uses the DiscipleLand® curriculum. In DiscipleLand®, the children "will grow to know God intimately, to love Him passionately, and to serve Him selflessly, reaching their peak potential as Jesus' disciples.

  • They will develop a reservoir of KNOWLEDGE based on a Biblical worldview.

  • They will display Christlike CHARACTER in every area of life.

  • They will demonstrate faithful CONDUCT that honors God and helps people.
