Bro. Rick Porter, Pastor
Rick Porter came to know Jesus as his Lord and Savior at the age of 11 in Memphis, Tennessee within the ministry of Trinity Baptist Church. He later received the call into ministry in a classroom setting at Ouachita Baptist University. His education continued at Southwest Theological Seminary. He began pastoring churches in June of 1985. Brother Rick has been serving his Lord at Pleasant Hill for over 16 years. He is married with 3 children.
Bro. David Littleton, Youth Pastor
David Littleton began following Jesus at the age of 7 in July of 1988 at Liberty Baptist Church in Calhoun, LA. His passion is where he serves, the youth ministry. He desires to see a generation of young people who are willing to go and ready to share Christ wherever they are. He has been the youth pastor since 2019. He is married to Ashley Littleton and has two boys Samuel and Caleb.

Bro. Dennis Harris,
Administrative Assistant
Dennis Harris accepted Jesus as my Savior at 10 years old at Tyndall Park Missionary Baptist Church in Benton. Graduated High School and married my High School Sweetheart at 18. Had twin daughters at 21. Returned for some secondary education in 1986 and got an associate degree in Electronic Technology. Spent the next 20 years working on automotive test equipment design and the repairing automobiles. Since 2008 I have had the pleasure of serving at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church.
Bro. Mike Tschiemer,
Music Minister
Mike learned from his mother at an early age about heaven and hell and he believed that Jesus died for his sins and rose again. At the age of 14, he surrendered his life to Jesus as Lord. He always loved music and sang in the church choir as a teen and studied music at UALR. He began leading worship services in 2001 and came to PHBC in 2003, where he led youth worship for 3 years. He graduated Faith Bible Ins+tute in 2007 and was ordained as a Deacon in 2009. In 2017 he began serving as our minister of music. He is married and has one child.
